Welcome to Gone Fishin’, your bright and breezy beachfront retreat in Gilchrist, Texas. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 8 and offers direct private beach access, stunning ocean views, and all the comforts of home.

Enjoy a spacious open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, leather recliners, smart TVs in every room, and a large ocean-view deck perfect for morning coffee or grilling dinner. Bedrooms include two kings and a family-friendly room with a queen + twin-over-twin trundle. A pack and play with mattress and sheet is provided.

Spend your days relaxing by the sea, rinsing off in the hot/cold outdoor shower, or unwinding on the shaded patio below with a picnic table and loungers. Beach towels, boogie boards, and gear are ready for your use.

Smart lock access, high-speed WiFi, and a discreet outdoor security camera offer comfort and peace of mind. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a quiet coastal escape, Gone Fishin’ is your perfect Gulf-front getaway.

Note: This home was previously operated as a vacation rental under the name SunDaze with Bolivar Vacations. We are the new owners and are excited to relaunch it with thoughtful updates and the same incredible beachfront setting. While this listing is new, the home has a strong history of welcoming happy guests—and we can’t wait to host you next!

Gone Fishing

Improvemt suggested, more coffe/tea/toilet paper.Dispose of expired groceries.Turn on yhe AC to 70-72 before guest arrives, the air in the living room/kitchen was a bit stuffy.Overall we really enjoyed the stay and will keep it in our list doe possible future visits.
