Gorgeous oceanfront ground floor condo, with parking outside door and in underground protected garage. Immaculate. Beautifully decorated, marble countertop in kitchen, slide out drawers instead of cabinets, very well equipped. Two burner induction stovetop worked well for us. DW a little small with slide out drawer, but we did not do big meals, so it did not pose problem. Larger screen tvs in three rooms. Lighting in kitchen and bathrooms was spectacular - no dim light bulbs! Large patio a plus, and even though unit sits right above pool, it still seemed private. Gorgeous ocean view from LR and Bedroom and two master beds a huge plus. We loved this unit and will be back!!

If you have small kids, this is the place to stay!There are no elevators to deal with. You have direct access to the condo from the side of the building. We loved being able to relax by the pool with the baby monitor while our little one napped.In the garage storage area, there are four beach chairs, a beach mat, a small wagon, and beach toys ready to use. The condo also includes six beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and dishes, a full-size refrigerator, and both a single-serve Keurig with a full-size coffee pot.Parking is convenient, whether you choose the garage or the parking area beside the unit. The private walkway provides a quick, easy walk straight to the beach.If you’re visiting around the Fourth of July, don’t miss the fireworks! Just grab your chairs and enjoy an incredible view up and down the beach.Another feature we loved was the keypad entry—no worrying about keeping up with room keys. There’s also a community grill just steps from the unit. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. Having a full-size washer and dryer in the unit was another huge bonus. The unit includes two laundry pods, two dishwasher pods, K-Cups and coffee essentials, a small bottle of Dawn dish soap, four rolls of toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. Those little extras made our stay even more convenient.We absolutely loved our stay and could easily see ourselves vacationing here every year!
