About this property

Downtown Charmer with Pool - Perfect for Couples or Small Families!

Park (on property) and walk to most everything. Enjoy beautiful views of the Mission from your front porch. Grill out or just lounge in the heated saline pool after a long day of sightseeing. This rental is for the entire first floor only of a 2 story home (approx. 1200 square feet). You will be the only guest and the upstairs will be locked off during your stay. For groups over 2 the upstairs can be included.

The first floor Master Bedroom has a King bed, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, wall hung TV and ensuite bath with walk in shower. If you need more sleep space for a child you can use the 2 sofas in the LR.

The Great Room is an open concept LR, DR and Kitchen. Light and bright with high ceilings and great views of the Mission. LR area has a large TV, 2 sofas. DR table for 6-8 and Kitchen Island seating for 3.

Half bath, pantry and laundry area also included.

Outside you have gas grill, outdoor shower, patio table for 6, various lounge chairs plus green space and all is fully fenced.

External security cameras in use. This is for your protection and protection of the property. Video recordings occur incrementally. Video is routinely deleted by the system and would only be shared with law enforcement as needed. Exterior cameras overlook each driveway (there are 2). The front driveway camera includes a portion of the pool.

Couldnt have asked for a better property to avoid having to drive throughout St. Augustine! Walkability is a 10/10. Inside of a mile to St. George's, the Castillo, Flagler, etc. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Neighborhood is quiet. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Vacation

The property was very clean and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The property is located within a couple blocks of downtown St. Augustine, The Fort and Fountain of Youth. We hardly drove anywhere during our stay as everything was in walking distance. We would easily pick this listing again if we return to St. Augustine.

Wonderful location for exploring

My husband and I just returned from a three-night stay at this charming home. The inside was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable, and the backyard was great for relaxing in the sun after a day spent touring St. Augustine. The city's many restaurants were just a quick walk away from house, yet it was in such a quiet and peaceful part of the city. We loved the front porch and swing in the evenings. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect place in the perfect spot!

This rental was simply amazing! The house had everything we could possibly need and it was squeaky clean. The pool is truly the absolute perfect temperature. We walked all over town and stopped at many of the places recommended in the guest book. Pauline was welcoming and quick to respond. We can't wait to go back and are already planning to book again soon!

Beautiful Home! Fantastic Location!

The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. The location is FANTASTIC…easy walk, through a beautiful neighborhood, to the historic city center of Saint Augustine. The only thing that could have been better was if the small grass area in the back yard had been mowed before our arrival. Everything else was on point.

Great property with pool

This was our first vacation as a family and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. We brought our 7 month old daughter and two dogs to visit the city. The host was very accommodating of our pets and the property was perfect for our family’s needs. The house is in a quiet safe location, clean and modern and is within walking distance to everything. The host, Pauline, was very responsive and informative. We are truly happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again. We have already recommended this property to other friends back home.
