Wabamun Lakefront Getaway with additional Family Suite


Welcome to our lakefront home!

Beautiful views of Lake Wabamun and direct water and beach access with private dock! Enjoy the large fire pit area or relax on the deck or in the screened in Sunroom, perfect for entertaining, tanning or barbequing. Take out the Paddle Boards, Kayak or Canoe for some lake time fun or fishing and there is even a Peddle Boat for 2 to enjoy. Come evening relax in the hot tub and take in the night sky!

During winter grab your ice fishing gear, skates or snowmobile and enjoy direct access to the frozen wonderland of Lake Wabumun. Warm up by the outdoor fire pit, roast some hotdogs or marshmallows and sip hot choclate. Enjoy a relaxing plunge in the hot tub.

The main floor of this lake home has a large living room and kitchen with dining table for 8 and bar seating for 4. Large oven, gas range, dishwasher and ample counter space will make meal prep for a large group a breeze! Also on the main floor, the principal bedroom with king bed and ensuite and 2 bedrooms with queen beds sharing the main bathroom with double sinks, soaker tub and separate shower.

Upstairs you'll find a second private suite with kitchenette, oven/stove/refrigerator and it's own living room. 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. It's an excellent home for 2 family groups vacationing together.

Both living rooms and 4 bedrooms have TV's. Firesticks are supplied in the two living areas but your own streaming subscription to Netflix, Prime etc are required. WiFi is included with easy 'tap' connection as you enter the home!

As a bonus there is a fully complete and super fun 3 season bunk house with a bathroom with flushing toilet and sink - outdoor shower on the side - great for kids and adults alike! (no winter use sorry)

All these elements combine to create an amazing group or family vacation. casual elegance and lakefront living experience in this custom-built home. Beautiful Lake Views

Colette was timely and attentive to every detail for our stay! My family was very comfortable, and she ensured we had everything we needed. The beds were fabulous, the kitchen was well stocked, lots of water toys so we could play all day, and a wonderful fire pit to spend our evenings. It was clean, quiet, peaceful, and well cared for. Right on the water with AC for those hot days?! Such a gorgeous property.We would come back in a heart beat, and will tell our friends! Thanks Colette for helping us create memories 3

Wow! Better than we expected! 4-generation family of 10. Lots of room for everyone. Hot tub, fire pit with chairs & firewood, sand play area, water craft of all sorts, lovely deck furniture, breezy sunroom. Everything about the home is top notch. The host was very responsive, and accommodated all of our needs. Had a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The house was amazing for us. Five bedrooms with comfy mattresses and top of the line linens. Full suite providing an extra living room and kitchen. Bunkhouse to accommodate the boys complete with a bathroom and sink area. Screen room with large table for board games and dining. Hot tub, private dock and ac. Best home we’ve visited for our annual fishing trip. Colette was fantastic to work with and we are coming again! You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at this home was amazing, we were celebrating an anniversary with our family and the extra space was great. Colette was super accommodating regarding our group size, and we enjoyed most of the amenities of the home. Sadly, the weather was not very warm so we couldn’t use all the lovely water toys provided. The hot tub was very enjoyable in the cooler weather.We were able to visit the playground and pier in the nearby village of Wabamum, followed by icecream at the Yellow Submarine. I would highly recommend this clean home with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the extra living suite was very handy for our group.Collete offered us early check in and a later checkout which was much appreciated.

We were a group of 14 and it was a perfect spot. Lake front, with multiple living areas so we all had our own spaces and didn't feel crammed at all. We enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, the outdoor seating areas, the use of the water toys. Collette, the host, was very responsive to our needs and questions. The house itself needs a few maintenance type stuff, and a deep clean, but overall the space was great and everything was in working condition.

The home is perfect for hosting a large group. Owners checked in several times asking if we needed anything. We received top notch care! Best, comfy beds! Highly recommend this location. Lots of water toys, great firepit area, hot tub clean and home is perfect for entertaining, lots of room inside for rainy days. We will be back!

Couldn't ask for better! This place was an amazing place for our larger family to stay. We are 14 people, and we all fit well. The main floor bedrooms allowed for an individual with limited mobility, the upstairs suite created a place for some separation for those who needed that, and the bunkhouse gave the teens their own space to hang. The house was cleaned and stocked well, and when we needed something, communication with the host was quick, simple and effective. The host went the extra mile to provide for a need specific to our group.The bbq was well maintained, and the whole family enjoyed the dock with the water toys. Lots of firewood for an outdoor fire, and the hot tub was clean and ready to be enjoyed. The spaces in the house are all large and accommodate groups well. It was so nice to have an eating space that holds most of us at the same time!We would definitely stay here again!

Great location with LOTS of opportunities to enjoy the lake with a paddle boat, kayaks, paddle board.... Also a nice sand area by the water got kids to build sandcastles. We were there when there were LOTS of midges which was pretty annoying.

Why they chose this property

We love Wabamun Lake! We've owned property here for over 25 years and raised 3 kids on the lake! We make the best family memories here.

What makes this property unique

Besides the direct lake access it's the size of the property that makes it appealing. We can accommodate 2 or 3 families at one time and we've even had families bring small holiday trailers to park on the driveway for extra guests. Guests also enjoy all the water toys provided, and the kids love the 3 season bunkhouse.
