The property features a private dock for easy access to the water, and in winter, ice fishing is just steps from the door, making it an ideal retreat for all outdoor enthusiasts. This rental has a tourist home permit!

Mobility/Accessibility friendly since everything is located on the main floor with no steps, the 2nd floor has a 1/2 bath and 3 single bed bedroom.

The property features a private, unfenced backyard with a covered patio complete with a small dining area and BBQ, along with a fire pit available for guest use. In the front, there is a designated covered seating area and a gravel pad that can serve as parking or 60 feet of concrete driveway.

This charming home, situated just one house back from the lake, offers views of the Lake from both the living room, main bedroom, and various areas outdoors, although some portions of the view may be partially blocked by trees or nearby cottages. This cottage offers plenty of privacy. Guests enjoy easy access to the lake via a brief 30-second walk through the rear property path, perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding (included), and leads directly to a private dock that is removed for the winter on October 15th. While the dock won’t be available during the colder months, the path remains accessible for ice fishing, kayaking and accessing the lake.
