On the ground floor guests will enter through a hallway leading onto the light filled open plan living, dining and kitchen, with doors opening out to the surrounding sunny garden. Also on this level is a queen sized bedroom with a bathroom complete with shower. The house has internal access into the single garage and laundry area. Upstairs are 4 further bedrooms, an ensuite, and main bathroom complete with shower and bathtub.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with with bar seating, Nespresso machine, crockery, refrigerator/freezer, double oven, electric cooktop, kettle, toaster, microwave, drinking glasses, and baking dishes.

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with queen size bed, beside table, large wardrobe with hangers, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Master bedroom, located upstairs complete with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Located upstairs complete with queen sized bed and access to the main bathroom along the hallway

Bedroom 4: Located upstairs with twin single beds, and access to the main bathroom along the hallway

Bedroom 5: Located upstairs with single bed and doubling as an office space for those needing a quiet room to work in.

Located on the fringe of Mt Eden, Mt Roskill & Three kings, the property offers great public transportation options, 15 mins from Auckland Airport, 15 mins to the city centre & 8 mins to Eden Park Stadium and the lively shops and dining spots of Mt Eden and Dominion Roads are just a short drive away

✧ Extended stays are welcome, and a special rate can be quoted on application.
There is a strict NO PARTY policy at the property. Only the guests specified in the booking are allowed to stay at the house. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Penalties apply if this booking policy is no adhered to, The booking will be instantly cancelled with no refund and you will be asked to leave the house.
