Bobby was great on communication but what fell short was normal misc. items like dishwashing soap and laundry. Typically we see this is a normal supply when paying to stay.

There wasn’t enough instructions : especially when it came to having to leave the fab when exiting the building the next day. We didn’t know that you needed the fab to get all the way down to the parking garage by the elevator, but didn’t need the fab to get the lobby when already in the building and room. Didn’t see wifi info anywhere, no instructions for dishwasher, no sugar for coffee, no quilt or barely any blankets on either bed. For 500 I’d say the stuff provided was bare minimum and I wouldn’t stay Here again. Host was helpful and allowed us to check in early which was very great.

This is a very clean, nicely laid out, unit, well fitted out with kitchen dishes, countertop appliances, and washer/dryer. The building is located right next to the Expo transit line which makes it very convenient getting to and from the airport and around town. Gas town and China town are easy walks as are the paths around the east end of False Creek. It’s right beside the BC stadium and arena too. The unit has a twin bed in the main bedroom and a single in the second (very tight) sleeping area. There is a pull out twin bed in the main living space too. The mattresses were firm and comfortable. The building has 3 elevators which helps limit the wait time going up or down (not always the case in many high rises that only have 2). Being on the Expo line does mean quite a bit of rail noise if you like to have the windows open. Note like many Vancouver area buildings, there is no air-conditioning so things could get very warm in heat waves. This was not a problem for our September stay. Bobby, our host, was quick to communicate and was very friendly and helpful. A very nice unit at a great price.
