Welcome to our stylish modern home in Boise, backing onto picturesque Pierce Park Greens golf course! This brand-new 3BR, 3BA home features a stocked kitchen, master suite with king bed & ensuite bath, plus two queen rooms. Enjoy serene green views from every window and access to this nine‑hole par‑3 course just steps from your door. The home also features a game room, a cozy fireplace, and a private patio overlooking the fairway.
PARKING! 2 vehicles max - room for 1 in garage and 1 on street. Do not block garages or small street, park only where designated.

Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.

We enjoyed our stay here. The host responded and brought a few supplies we felt were needed in the kitchen ( eg. More glasses and silverware). It was conveniently located to the activities we had planned.

What a lovely space to spend the Christmas holiday in Boise visiting our daughter and husband! The house was well stocked with all the essentials for the our stay! The kitchen space was very well equipped with everything to meet our cooking needs. Most importantly, the sleeping accomodations were cozy and very comfortable. We will definitely stay again!

Lots of room. We slept 5 (king, queen, double-wide bunk bed) but had 3 family groups over during the day. There was so much room for kids to play. If the upstairs became too loud, you could escape to the TV downstairs. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. The kitchen is large with good island space (I taught my nieces how to make bread). Everyone thought the house was perfect.

The property is as promoted and clean. If you have no issues , it should be a good stay. We did have an issue - the air conditioner was not cooling. The temperature last week was in the high 90s. They did send out their maintenance tech and 4 fans while we waited for an actual AC service. On the second night we stayed at a hotel as the temperature in the house was 90. The AC was fixed in day 2 of our 4 day stay. My complaint is there was never an offer to comp even a night. They simply apologized and thanked us for our patience during this “less than ideal”situation.

We were disappointed to find a toilet that was needing to be plunged as well as a full garbage bin stinking up the garage. We also found there to be only 3 water glasses and just a few spoons to use in the house. The house was nice itself, but it described golf course views, which there are not. The towels in the bathrooms were very poor quality and not large enough to fit an adult. We asked if there was any possibility of doing an earlier check in and were told we would have to purchase that. There was no Wi-fi information given in the check in information and it took many hours to get it when requested through vrbo. The balcony railing feels very unsafe and we were a bit worried about our kids being out there at all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and well stocked with toiletries items like shampoo, condition and body wash.

Kacey was fabulous! We needed to stay a little extra with a clean in between and everything was done quickly without any problems. Kacey was very responsive and accommodating. We will be recommending this stay and looking for it for our own future stays
