You can enjoy an open concept living and dining space, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances.
This beautiful unit is located in a quiet and safe community, 30 meters from the world-famous Yonge St, where you can find everything you need. Our place Very spacious & comfortable house. Very convenient location,
(Yonge St and Elgin Mills Road West) walkable distance Longo's Richmond Hill, Indian grocery store, Pizza Pizza, Korean Restaurant, Japanese Restaurant, Sushi all you can eat place, there are many fast food restaurants near the house such as McDonald's, Tim Hortons, A&W, Bar Barritto, Mandarin, Subway, Harveys, and TD, RBC bank, Imagine Cinemas, NoFrills, Dollarama, etc., 5 Mins drive to HWY 404, Walmart Food Basic, Fresco, Costco, Big Mall and Best Indian and Italian restaurants like The Host and Adrak fine dining. There are three parks next to it, and there is also a bus terminal at doorstep to Toronto and subway. This luxurious house is a two-story house with five private rooms. Each room can enjoy the sun, has privacy, and no one will disturb you. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Basement is not included.
The Basement will be closed off because of tenants that are living there, please be mindful of them. They have a separate entrance through the backyard.

Great Stay
The home is huge with a lot of space. Beds are comfortable and many bathrooms to accommodate everyone. There are restaurants, grocery store, and other businesses within a 5 minute walk.

Spacious home that feels like home
Enjoyed the long weekend in a spacious home and conveniently located near many stores. It had a large backyard, making it a great space for families and friends. The hosts were very accommodating and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable

Shouldn't be on Vrbo
This is not at all what you expect when booking on Vrbo. Whole house? No. No noise from tenants? No. When we booked, the listing just said basement was not included and now it states the basement has tenants. Would not have booked if we knew that. Although they had an exterior entrance, there was also several interior doors with questionable locks which didn't make us feel safe at all. House had a strong odor, I don't think the bed sizes in the listing are accurate, backyard was in horrible shape with ankle-breaking divots and no cushions for the outdoor furniture, needed driveway space for the number of people allowed was consumed by the surprise tenants.
