Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted outdoors only. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of fire safety and to properly dispose of all cigarette butts—never on the ground or in nature. An outdoor ashtray is provided for your convenience. Thank you for helping us keep the property clean and the environment safe.
Water Use: Our property uses a clean, natural well water system. While there is plenty for regular use, we kindly ask guests to be mindful and conservative with water—especially during longer stays or in the dry season. Simple things like shorter showers and turning off taps when not in use make a big difference. Thank you for helping us care for this beautiful place!

There is no place for me that is more peaceful than the Sayward Valley. It's stunning with its mountain views, its lovely weather, the eb and flow of the tidal river, and the singing birds waking you up. A small, lovely community, and the spectacular views when leaving Kelsey Bay by boat to go fishing... it's a fulfilling life.
