We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The listing does mention that we live on-site in a separate unit, but we understand this may not have been clear and are open to making it more visible.- We’ve been handling the cleaning ourselves, but are now working with Evolve to bring in a professional cleaning service to help improve overall cleanliness and address the musty smell.- I’ll also check the shower drain to make sure it's working properly and take care of any needed fixes.Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

I am glad you appreciated the orgaiztion of the property, from the labeled drawers to the clean kitchen. your suggestion about adding an outside fire pit is fantastic. In fact, I am currently working on a cookout area inside of my boat house by the lake, which includes a bar (wine on one side and coffee station on the other side), and cooking station, and tea service table, which will be completed in two weeks. A grill and a fire pit are my plan to build up this cookout area.
