All other persons involved with the rental are considered to be the Guest's invitees, and all discussion regarding the reservation, cancellation, and damage policies will be discussed with the Guest, not the Guest's invitees. ➤ The property is for the use of vacation purposes. Guests shall not use the property for any illegal or unlawful purposes, nor shall the property be used in such a fashion that disturbs or offends the neighbors.
➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
➤ Guests are required to notify hosts immediately of any damage to the home, including storm damage, or any serious concerns relating to plumbing or electrical issues
➤ Cancellations : Refunds will not be issued due to acts of nature such as : weather, road conditions, power outages, etc. Travel Insurance does provide some protections against these instances, we highly encourage Guests to purchase Travel Insurance. If the property is uninhabitable due to such events, you can reschedule your visit for a future date within one year of the reservation.
➤ Change of Dates Policy : There is no guarantee of approval for changes to your reservation once confirmed.
