A 15-minute bike ride, or 8-minute drive will lead you to Whakarewarewa Mountain Bike Park, one of the best in the Southern hemisphere, with several of the beautiful lakes around Rotorua for swimming, boating, and fishing also only a short drive away. (Please note as the unit is in a quiet residential area, there is a noise restriction. Unreasonable noise after 10pm is not acceptable). A comfortable queen bed in each room, along with electric blankets and double-glazing provides a peaceful and enjoyable living environment all year round. The lounge area, with a smart flatscreen TV and free Wi-Fi, overlooks a fenced rear garden and yard. A heat pump is located in the dining room / lounge area.
