The communication with the host was great. There are two rooms / suites in the basement. This was the smaller one. The room / bathroom / kitchenette are private and have a lock. They are very clean and quiet. The neighborhood and area are safe. Recommend this place if you're looking for a small and clean place to stay.

very clean. very very small. while it is on the cheaper side it is nowhere near anything, including WEM (falsely advertised) so you will end up spending whatever you save on accommodation on transport instead. there were also unnecessary charges at the end. code lock instead of key which occasionally doesn’t work and is horrible in the cold/winter. they do come down to help but it takes time and you are freezing meanwhile. overall just okay but i would not recommend.

Guest is not a honest guest. They do not have issues with the lock other than not following instructions the first day and after they have read it they were able to access the suite. Indeed we had loads of problem with her including lying to us that they won't have anyone sleep over which was not true they infact paid for 1 guest but we hosted 2 which is against house rule. The guest also did not check out until 3 hours after whic affected check-in for our next guest. They decided not to pick VRBO's call and our messages were also ignored. She is not recommended for any guest that love peaceful and honest guest.
