Ground Floor: Gather around the spacious dining table for family meals, board games, and quality time together. The full kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need — including a separate bar leaner perfect for casual breakfasts or evening cocktails. You’ll also find a washing machine and separate dryer (with laundry powder provided), a Nespresso machine, plunger and instant coffee, a selection of teas, drinking chocolate, sugar, and sweet treats. There’s also a handy ground floor toilet.
Level 1: Unwind in the separate lounge with a large sofa, two occasional chairs, a second TV, and access to a balcony with outdoor furniture. This floor also includes a Queen bedroom with ensuite and has space to set up a foldaway bed if needed.
Level 2: Perfect for families or groups — enjoy a King bedroom, a twin room with two single beds, and a full shared bathroom.

Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Great place to stay. Very easy checkin and checkout. Great facikities, good size bedrooms. Modern and super clean. The host Paula is really nice. We had an accident with one of our children resulting in additional cleaning being required. Paula was really understanding and accomodating.
Even though you are paying a premium for the property & for a park. Another unit had decided park no4 was theirs and had an unregistered car parked in the houses spot.After I emailed re this I had a response back asking me to park my car on the road and asked if I could door knock or pop a note on the car to see who it belonged too. Day 2 nothing had been done or followed up by the property managers until I messaged again, late at night to say could I park my car out on the street again, then another email asking me if I would mind popping the bins out for rubbish collection.After numerous messages and no resolve re the car park, I ended up asking for a refund for the rest of the stay and booked somewhere else.I would not recommend anyone that wanted secure parking to stay here. The unit is badly laid out, with a rickety bar table in the middle of the kitchen that belongs outside. No downstairs lounge room - was not the cleanest and had alot of rubbish outside left clearly from the previous people exiting the property after a shopping trip. Badly managed and over priced for what it is. The parking thing had just not happened either from what we learned it was an on going issue.
