Lower level of the home, private entry with an amazing view of lake and mountains. 3 bedrooms with a 6 bunk bedroom, 3 full baths, kitchen laundry room, family room and breakfast nook. Patio, yard peaceful and relaxing. This is a brand new unit. Just finished in 2020. No pets are allowed. No smoking and no partying late night with Drugs or Alcohol.

We are located right on the lake with a spectacular view of the wasatch front mountains. We are also located on a quiet end of the street location. We have a walking path that runs behind our home to the marina!
