- The property sleeps 9 guests in 5 beds, with room for 10 total using the twin floor mattress
- The property may not be suitable for young children due to the steep staircases inside the home

- The fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use. The fire pit is also currently unavailable to prevent forest fires
