Nestled in beautiful Lakeview Heights, you are walking distance to Kalamoir Regional Park where you can enjoy hiking trails, a beautiful beach area, swimming, paddle boarding or have a picnic. Within walking and/or biking distance in the neighbourhood, are 8 wineries, many restaurants, breweries and a grocery store with a mini-mall that has it all. A short 10-minute drive will take you into Kelowna’s downtown core and beach area. The Kelowna General Hospital is a 12-minute drive. If you are a golf enthusiast, there are 2 golf courses in West Kelowna area. The deck in the suite overlooks stunning Lake Okanagan with a picturesque view of Kelowna City to your left and Little White Mountain to your right. There is a 175 square foot deck to enjoy a beverage and relax with the view. This private suite has two floors; the entry level has an open space living room and kitchen. The bathroom, bedroom, sitting room and covered deck are located on the second floor.

Our stay at this West Kelowna property was absolutely spectacular – it exceeded all of our expectations! The apartment and the property itself were stunning, and honestly even better than described in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into making this a true home away from home.The lake views overlooking the Okanagan from our balcony were breathtaking – we especially loved enjoying our morning coffee while taking it all in. The location was perfect too: a short Uber ride into the city, yet peaceful and scenic when you returned.Paul and Kirsten were wonderful hosts. They truly thought of everything to make guests comfortable, and the place was spotless. Their recommendations for things to do and places to visit made our quick two-night stay even more memorable.We cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area. Between the incredible cleanliness, stunning views, thoughtful touches, and warm hospitality, it really is a gem in West Kelowna. We’ll definitely be back!

EXCEPTIONAL Paul and Kirsten have created an incredible oasis with the highlight being the deck that overlooks the lake. We had the honor of being their first guests and we were in awe of the care, thoughtfulness, and level of amenities offered to make our vacation one of rest, peacefulness and tranquility. We loved the beautiful park nearby. We hiked at and to it, as well as kayaked from. I found a great Rover (pet care app) home for our pup so she could be nearby and join us at the lake. We also loved your mom's art work. She is a beautiful painter. I am a former VRBO owner and had high standards for my place and the experience I wanted to provide my guests. This truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for a perfect vacation rental! We can't wait to come again. Don and Carolyn

We moved to the Okanagan 28 years ago. Originally from Thunder Bay Ontario. We have lived in Lakeview Heights for 27 years on this property raising our children and enjoying the beautiful regional park so close to us called Kalamoir Park.

Why they chose this property

We have access to the park for hiking and paddle boarding. We love to bike into Kelowna just 15 minute ride into downtown. Our neighbourhood has wineries, restaurants, breweries that you can walk too. It is amazing how it has evolved over the past 27 years here when there were only two wineries on the west side.

What makes this property unique

The short walking distance to a beautiful park or a short walk to Mt Boucherie Winery and Restaurant. No where do you have access in 5 minutes either way.
