Cozy Pines Cabin **Newly updated, Secluded, Hot Tub, Tree House**

Cozy Pines was completely updated in August of 2020. New front steps, paint and stain on exterior, fresh linens, bunk room enclosure, new furniture throughout, new refrigerator and electric stove, new hot tub, fiber internet and so much more! If you're looking for a secluded, modern log cabin with a serene setting, book now!

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and table for 8 to gather around and enjoy meals. Fiestaware dishes and plenty of utensils for your favorite meal. The essential cookware is provided, including pots and pans, mixing bowls, coffee cups and baking sheets. Regular coffee pot and Keurig provided.

You'll love the sunroom to sit and drink coffee or catch up with a friend. The views are so serene and calming. The trendy living room is equipped with a 60 inch flatscreen tv, gas fireplace, and unique hammock swing. Watch any of your favorite internet based shows on the Roku! We provide a Netflix account in case you don't have your own! The cabin has new fiber internet for those of you who need to bring work or school along with you. You'll enjoy the fastest and best internet the woods has to offer!

The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and cozy buffalo plaid comforter. Enjoy reading a book on the settee in your own bedroom (light is above the settee)! There is a full bathroom on the main level with a tub-shower combo and linens you'll love.

Upstairs you'll find the two other guest bedrooms, both with brand new queen size beds and cute cabin comforters. The small upstairs bathroom has a tub with a handheld shower head, toilet and sink. We've made space in each upstairs bedroom for you to get ready as well, full length mirror in one room and hanging mirror in the other! Don't forget to bring your book or tablet to the cozy reading nook landing at the top of the stairs. Sit under the sky light and be warmed by the sun while enjoying your favorite activity.

In the basement, you'll find the fun! The bunk room is located in the basement with a twin over full bunk bed that the kids will love! There is no closet in this bedroom, but there is a dresser for all your belongings. The bunk room has a super cute barn door that closes it off from the rest of the house. There is a door to the outside in this bedroom as well. The kids will love playing in the playhouse and other fun toys in their bunk room!

Have a blast challenging your friends to a game of air hockey, foosball, pool, shuffleboard, table tennis, chess, cards, checkers, bowling, or backgammon on the 10-in-1 game table. (Please note that the foosball table is set up and the other options are underneath the foosball. If you'd like to switch to another game feel free to, just please put it back when you're done :) Full poker table is ready for you and your buddies to make bets and win! Chips provided as well. There's plenty of seating in the basement to kick back and watch a movie or the latest sports game. A small covered porch is accessible from the basement.

Take your conversation outside and sit on the massive back deck where you'll hear and see birds chirping and squirrels scurrying. Enjoy nature and look for wildlife to come your way! An outdoor sitting area, as well as an outdoor table and 4 chairs are waiting for you! Relax in the brand new Nordic Encore LS hot tub that sits on the back deck. Cafe lights set the mood and the 53 jets are sure to help you relax.

Finally, the outdoors are calling! Enjoy a game of basketball on the hoop attached to the barn or roast marshmallows around the fire. Send the kids to the newly updated treehouse to imagine and explore. This treehouse sits behind the cabin and makes the little ones feel like they have their own private getaway!

Please note that you must climb stairs to enter the home, either entering in the basement door and climbing the stairs inside or walking up the entryway stairs to the front door. Ring camera on front porch for security purposes.
