Family Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a family wedding. The Nest was a great place to stay. Walkable to town, shops and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and a nice space to gather.

We stayed here for the weekend, it was a beautiful home with everything you would need. We had a wedding at Abe Martin Lodge and this was a great location to be close to that plus right downtown. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Convenient Comfort

Nestled in town within walking distance to everything. Spacious open concept for group gathering with very comfortable bed and bath accommodations too. The Property Managers communicated very well and provided everything we needed for easy access and a relaxing week exploring Nashville, IN.

Family Meet-Up

David was super at communicating. There was plenty of seating in living room to visit, and we were able to park and walk everywhere we wanted to go for the day and evening. Everyone slept very well and appreciated the coffee supplies this morning. We are hoping to return with more family soon.

Great Time

Perfect location in Nashville, Indiana. Once we arrived, didn't have to use the cars at all. Everything within walking distance. Took the Nashville Train and learned the history of the town as well as shown other places of interest that we were not aware of even though we've been to Nashville several times over the years. Can't wait to come again!

Location, Location, Location

The house was fantastic for our's and friend's New Year celebration. Close walking distance to everything and the provided parking is fantastic (this can be a real asset in busy season). The house is an interesting place that has gone through many different life's in Nashville. We will definitely choose this again for any future trip to Brown County. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality!

Christmas Stay

We stayed here over Christmas. The Nest was decorated very tastefully for the holiday, which we enjoyed. The only complaints we had were the front door- we wished it offered more security, and that that the interior doors would stick, thankfully our children are heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother them. The house stayed incredibly toasty, and was very clean- I didn’t notice any dust! Communication was pleasant and prompt. Thank you to David and family for letting our family (5) enjoy our Christmas vacation!

Perfect!

This is the fourth year our group has used this house for a girls' trip/scrapbooking weekend. The house is spacious, with lots of room for our group (5 this year). We were happy to see the updates in two of the bathrooms this year. We had no problems with the old bathrooms, but the upgrades are really nice! The new countertops in the kitchen are beautiful, too! The house is right in the middle of downtown Nashville and central to everything. It really is perfect! We will be back next year!

Wonderful location and space

We couldn't believe what a short walk we had to see the various shops and restaurants in town. Ooey Gooey is right behind the house, for example. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable and everyone else said they slept well, also. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one VERY large area which is perfect for a group. The dining table can actually seat 8 comfortably in our opinion. The only thing some might need to know is that one of the bedrooms is up stairs that are somewhat steep since it's an older home. We didn't find it a problem but someone with mobility issues probably would. We would gladly come here again. This is a clean and well maintained home.
