Location was great, plenty of food options, CVS/Walgreens/grocery walking distance. Best part was 2 blocks to the beach & walking/running/pier. City bikes readily available & trolley only 1 block. Washer/dryer on site. Needed more dishes/cups for our party of 7 ppl. Had to ask for pot holders & kitchen towels, could have been a few more garbage bags/paper towels but pretty much most basic stuff was there. The exterior walk & steps need maintenance, be cautious . The roof deck & pool were nice but the pool is not filtered and gets murky.
