In addition to several supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, the apartment is 6 minutes from the Batel area and 10 minutes from city centre. Building with lift and 2 exclusive covered parking spaces. Quiet, with excellent sound insulation. It has a cot, mini cot, and changing table. The space: Condominium in the Vila Izabel area, next to Água Verde and a few minutes from Batel and the city centre. Residential area, safe and quiet. Upscale area. Secure building, with cameras, alarm, monitored by a 24-hour security company. Other observations: We live in the same building.
