Next to the fitness room are restrooms and drinking fountain.

*Parking: Garage parking for 1 w/ direct access into the ground level condo. There is additional uncovered parking spots available on a first come, first serve basis in the complex for a fee of $5.00 per day or $100 for the month. If additional parking is needed the fee is to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.

This single story condo has a great floor plan. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals including a kitchen table seating for 6 plus 4 barstools at the kitchen counter, microwave, stove/oven, fridge, cookware, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker + Nespresso. Just off the kitchen is the living room featuring a large sectional sofa, chair, 55” Smart TV with Cable, gas fireplace and on those cooler evenings and or mornings relax and enjoy the beautiful golf course views under the open covered patio just off the living room with outdoor seating.



The Master bedroom features a King size bed, 50" smart TV with Cable, dresser, walk in closet and private master bathroom that has double sinks, walk in shower and separate garden tub. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, 32" smart TV with Cable and a dresser. The Guest bathroom has tub/shower combo and a single sink.



Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.



*The front door has a Ring door bell



*For the safety of our property and guests there is a interior camera in the garage next to one of the cabinets facing toward the door to the unit that is under 24/7 video surveillance

Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
