Welcome to the just listed University Heights walk-out suite. This cute unit is located on an oak tree-lined dead-end street, 5-minute walk to bus routes, on the Galloping Goose trail system. The suite is set up with a queen bedroom that includes a desk. The second bedroom is set up with a twin bed and a desk. There is a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower, the kitchen has a two-burner cooktop, a countertop oven, a beautiful red fridge, and all the small appliances needed to make your stay an enjoyable one. There is also the added ease of having in-suite laundry, as well as large, beautiful theatre-style seating to watch your favorite films.
Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure that parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $375 that will be added at the time of booking. After every 30 days, there is a 3-hour mid-stay cleaning that will be added to each monthly invoice for $180.00. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.

This is a truly special space ideally suited for relaxation while still living in the heart of Victoria. The space is well over 535 square feet, and is much larger than the 'micro' type studios. The huge patio is a big attraction for this unit.
