Do not sleep squeezing, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

2 blocks from the Aquarium, 5 minutes from the stadium, Do not miss the best events, without parking problems.

Torre Pórtico has a pool, gym, barbecue area in the terrace area (subject to availability), 2 elevators, underground garage with electric gate available.

In case of noise (Very common area for fun reunions) anticyclonic curtains are available on the apartment which will cancel or decrease extremely the noise/sun light.
