Overall, we had a nice stay at this property. The location is great in a nice area of Stanhope close to beaches, bay, and restaurants.The one significant issue was the air conditioning. The main AC units were not working during our stay, and we speculate window units were installed as a temporary solution. Unfortunately, they were not installed properly, leaving gaps around the units. During a rainstorm on our final night, hundreds of mosquitoes entered the bedrooms through those openings.If the air conditioning is repaired or the window units are properly installed and sealed, this would be a much more enjoyable rental. We appreciated the location and overall property, but this issue had a noticeable impact on the end of our stay.
