Welcome to Seabreeze – Parky’s, one half of an iconic, lovingly restored duplex that’s part of Coffs Harbour’s original beach house history. Located directly across from Park Beach and just a stone’s throw from the Park Beach Bowling Club, this laid-back 2-bedroom retreat offers everything you need for a relaxed and memorable coastal escape. The entire property consists of 2 bookable units on the ground floor along with a private residence on the top floor (non-bookable)



With bright, beachy interiors and thoughtful touches throughout, Parky’s is the ideal home base for couples, small families, or friends who want to soak up the sun and salty air.

Great property for a young family (max of four). Limited dining and lounge space. We travelled as a family of 5, with two teenagers and a 10 year old and it was really too small to accommodate us at meal times, or for just watching some telly after a big day. Exellent location though, with comfortable bedding.
