Walking distance to the shopping centre , Coles supermarket, bakery, post office, newsagency, medical centre, pharmacy, bottleshop, florist, coffee shop/bistro,Indian,Thai,Chinese Fish and Chips and hotel with bistro/restaurant. The wood-fired pizzas from the Moonee Beach Hotel bistro are delicious.
Great new cafe/restaurant " Black Apple”" open for breakfast and lunch

Sammie’s Dog cafe is such a great place to take your pooch for a coffee and doggie treats

A heated indoor pool and children's play centre and gym are now available

Local activities include tennis court for hire,canoe hire,picnicing,whale watching and a barbecue area with barbecue on creek foreshore

This ideally and well appointed holiday house (not a unit or cabin) is located in the seaside village of Moonee Beach which is just 11km north of Coffs Harbour. With a tidal estuary vitually on your doorstep and the beach a couple of minutes walk away this locale will suit your fishing, swimming, canoeing activities.

Golf players will find a range of 9 holes resort courses just a few minutes away. Then the numerous 18 hole golf courses at Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Safety Beach not forgetting the world renowned Bonville Golf Course 35 minutes down the road!

Whale watching, scuba diving, the Solitary Marine Park with the southern most coral reefs available for your exploration.

Its a bit of paradise and we're trying to keep it a secret

The Moonee Beach house is a great alternative to other accommodation and suitable for those with dogs as there is an undercover area with large allotment and secure fencing.

Within minutes to the Pacific Highway NSW & QLD travellers will find this location convenient that's safe, clean and in a tranquil setting. Close to the beach and estuary and perfect for that early morning swim

We had a lovely time in Moonee with our Weimeraner. Quick walk to a dog friendly beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed and communication was easy and clear. Highly recommend and we’d certainly stay there again.

Owners of the property are next door and very nosy. They went into property while we were not there without letting us know prior. They were also very rude mannered. The house itself was very poorly stocked…1 garbage bag and 2 toilet rolls for 4nights/5 day stay. They had 1 steak knife and nothing else. Everything was very old and dated.

Prudence Beale asked for early check in This was agreed to.i received a message stating the house was lovely on her arrival She admitted to having one dog but in-fact had two.The dogs were left in yard and barked incessantly.Prudence was messaged and when she did not reply we went into front yard to see if we could do something to stop them barking We found one dog tied up on the gate with it’s lead and was very distressed The nonsense about toilet paper and a steak knife is laughable as the kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils Also Prue you are lying as you were caught out not paying for your dog and essentially our property was used to dump the dogs leaving them to be distressed The house was left in a filthy state in retaliation for being asked to return to our house as the barking of a very loud German shepherd and a small yapping dog was unbearable Also one another occasion the little dog was found running in the street and retrieved by our granddaughter and returned to Prudence who was unaware the dog was missing We have being VRBO/Stayz hosts for fifteen years and not had such a disgracefullying individual such as Prudence Neale from Uki who endeavoured to scam her booking by not disclosing two dogs and therefore avoiding paying We became the baby sitters for the dogs whose barking was unbelievably distressing to all the neighbourhood The comment on being nosy apparently stems from Prudence being asked to come back as her dogs were very distressed

There’s so much to like about the Moonee Beach house. It has that lovely “old time” beach house vibe, is perfectly located, a short walk to Moonee Market and the beautiful Moonee Beach Nature Reserve and is a fantastic base for exploring the Coffs Coast. Pauline and Jim are great hosts. Can’t wait to return.

Lovely neat and tidy cottage a short walk to dog friendly lagoon

A lovely cottage! Smallish but perfect size for 2 plus our inside dog. We loved the fabulous rear deck, private and overlooking the large grassed backyard.
