This quiet, modern home has a hot tub, a heated pool (from May until October), a chef’s kitchen with a convection oven and the hiking, biking & snowshoeing trails for Knox Mountain Park East are just out the back gate. With several decks, fireplaces and lots of comfortable rooms and lounging areas, you will find ample space for relaxing. Big White ski resort is a 50 minute drive and downtown Kelowna, wineries and golf courses all just minutes away.

We are an active retired couple who enjoy the outdoors and living near the forest.
Why they chose this property
This is our dream home, that backs on to the wilderness and is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Kelowna.
What makes this property unique
Location Location Location! We are close to the forest, downtown, wineries, golf courses and all that Kelowna stands for. The pool and hot tub decks are serene, quiet, & relaxing, and this house is clean and modern... you will want to come back!
