Peaceful place to stay. Rear Ramp & Rail access. Two car-parking space inside the tall wooden fencing. More beds for additional people. Price negotiable if there is only ONE OR TWO GUESTS. $50/day for each additional member after 4 guests. Number of people is negotiable. 2.7 km from the heart of the town. 6.4km to the airport. 1 km to the Esplanade and pier. 5km to Whale watiching boat facility.200 meters to bicylce track. No access to ground floor. Backyard is common access for both 1st floor & ground floor. Use only the designated place for parking.
