Cute and cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath upper suite with balcony located in the cottage area.

Open concept kitchen/dining/living room.

Kitchen - fully stocked kitchen including appliances; air fryer, microwave, toaster, Keurig, rice cooker and mini oven.

Large glass dining table fits 6 & over looks private balcony.

Living room - sectional couch pulls out into queen size bed with bedding in storage compartment. Includes air conditioning, electric fireplace, Roku tv, couch, 2 chairs, coffee and end tables, and a desk for work.

Master bedroom - King size bed. Dresser with 6 drawers. Blackout curtains. Night stands and lamps . Fan. Fold away cot in the closet.

2nd bedroom - Double bed. Blackout curtains. Night stands and lamps . Fan. Ironing board in closet

3rd bedroom - Queen size bed. Night stands and lamps . Fan.

Bathroom - sink, tub & shower, toilet, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer.

Private cozy balcony with umbrella where you can watch the trains go by !

A quiet, long term tenant occupies the separate lower suite, which has a private entrance through the backyard.

Shared backyard contains chairs & firepit .

Free parking anywhere in Sylvan (if you provide license plate 48 hrs prior to arrival)

Parking on street in front or in backyard.

Private entrance on side of home with key code.

Great suite! Was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked, lots of extra blankets and towels. Location was great close walk to the lake and neighbourhood was quiet. Great communication with host! Was the perfect spot for us to relax after ballgames and would definatley stay here again if ever back in Sylvan Lake!

I hope others enjoy my home as much as I do :)
I love watching the sunsets on the beach and the trains go by from my balcony. It brings back memories of train street in Vietnam :)

Sylvan Lake is my happy place and my home away from home.
The suite is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle.
A 5 min walk to the beach and about 8 min walk to Petro beach.
It's accross from Lokal which has great food and has easy access to get in and out of town.

I love watching the trains from my cozy balcony.
