Beautiful views of Deer Lake and the Humber Valley at the this 4 bedroom Chalet within the Humber Valley Resort. The Chalet is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, golfers, fishermen, skiers or those just trying to escape for some relaxation.
The space
The Chalet has 4 primary bedrooms with one of the bedrooms also acting as a workout room, All four rooms come with ensuite bathrooms.

The large kitchen has all the amenities needed for 8 guests along with a indoor dining room for meals.

The Chalet also has a very large deck accessible from the dining room, living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy BBQ'ing on the deck with the combo propane/charcoal grill, then to sit down and enjoy your meal on the outdoor dining table and take in the incredible views of Deer Lake and the Humber Valley.

Sit and relax in the living room and watch TV, converse, or simply grab a book and read. There is an adjoining office area with beautiful solid wood desk and leather office chair to catch up on work if needed.

The Master Bedroom is on the main floor, along with it's 4 piece ensuite, including a Jacuzzi Tub.

Downstairs the 3 other primary bedrooms are found, along with their own individual ensuite bathrooms.

Relax and be entertained in the Theatre Room, with its large screen and quality overhead projector and Surround Sound. Play DVDs or access online streaming apps with the laptop provided.

There is also a washer and dryer provided, neatly tucked away in it's own small room.

The Chalet is located within the exclusive Humber Valley Resort, giving you easy access to the world class Championship Golf Course, Deer Lake and the infamous Humber River, along with hundreds of miles of ATV and snowmobile trails. For downhill skiers, Marble Mountain is 5 minutes away and the Pasadena Snow Park is 5 minutes away for x-country skiing and snowshoeing. Hikers enjoy the many trails in and around the resort including Gros Morne National park which is 45 minutes away.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house (except for locked storage and utility rooms).
Other things to note
Unfortunately No Pets are allowed (sorry to your furry friends).

Absolutely NO SMOKING (including E-Cigerettes) on the property. Unfortunately Forest Fires are a real threat in Newfoundland and fire protection services are limited on the Resort.
