About this property
Single bedroom in a villa, coffee breakfast, relax, tour, shop in great Malls.
Start your morning in the best way: sipping an Italian espresso or cappuccino with Silvia as you wake up. This is an ideal solution for business travellers who spend the day working and simply want a peaceful, restorative place to return to at night.
Guests will enjoy a quiet, hilly residential area with wide, pleasant views and the possibility of lovely walks along low traffic streets lined with villas and gardens. Nature lovers will be delighted by the birdsong that brightens every morning.
Inside the house, there are two beautiful, high quality single rooms — perfect for two guests, each with their own cozy bedroom, sharing a bathroom and a fridge.
Outdoors, the home is surrounded by a charming garden featuring typical Australian trees, Italian citrus plants, and garden beds with healing herbs.
Breakfast is served in a spacious dining room, warmed by a wood stove during winter.
The classic Italian style furnishings include an upright piano and a small multilingual library.
Under the outdoor patio, guests will find a smoker stove, a ping pong table, and a table area.
Every corner of the house has been designed to be comfortable, welcoming, and enjoyable to explore.
Pets are welcome, as long as their owner do not leave them alone in the bedrooms or loose in the garden. Outside the property there are plenty of free green areas for everyone.
