Overall, our stay at this property was disappointing, especially given the price we paid for the week. The check-in process was disorganized and got our trip off to a frustrating start. The unit itself was okay, but it was clear much of the work was done DIY, with some recent upgrades still in progress. Construction materials were left in the unit, which made it feel unfinished. We also ran into several maintenance issues during our stay. The fireplace did not work. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and we had to use extra towels to soak up the water each time someone showered. More concerning, the toilet was not properly secured to the floor. It rocked enough that one member of our group nearly fell, which is a real safety hazard. On the positive side, the furnishings were adequate, and the basic necessities were provided.I did let the host know about both the shower leak and the toilet issue. Future guests may want to confirm these have been repaired before booking. For the cost of a week’s stay, we expected a much higher standard of quality and upkeep.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry your stay was disappointing and that we fell short of your expectations. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention, though we do wish we had known about them during your stay. We would have been more than happy to send our maintenance team over to work through each concern and make things more comfortable for you. We never want guests to feel they have to work around maintenance issues while on vacation. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know where we can improve and will be following up on these items. Thank you again for staying with us!
