The location of the home was great and that was the only positive of this rental.Upon entering the home you were hit by the overwhelming scent of plug-ins, lots of them, which sent our allergies and asthma into a frenzy. The overall cleanliness was less than desirable, from hair on the showers, to accumulated dust on the air vents and fans, to dust on one wall in the master bedroom, to clumps of hair on the basement bathroom sink drain. Rentals at the beach may have some wear but this place locked neglected.

The property is ideal for small pets with a completely fenced area for a pet to roam. The pool is very clean and private. The A/C was very cool and the king mattress was very comfortable. We thought it might be noisy being that it was on NC-12 Duck Road but the home was very quiet. A good mix of shade and sun at the pool.The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, major/minor appliances, cookware and utensils. The sandy volleyball court in the backyard is great for those so inclined. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is filthy and outdated, the property is infested with tics!! There is a squirrel in the attic. House has a terrible smell.We left and lost a lot of money but was a huge relief to get out of this house of horror!!
