House was very nice, but some things were broken ( living room TV didnt work , bedroom blinds were broken, kitchen trash can broken, and dirty dishes in dishwasher ) the host needs to be more knowledgeable about the resident in the list that he’s supposed to have due to the front gate giving us hell to get back in when we were there 24 hours prior. Other than that, he was great at communicating and getting the issue resolved , would book again.

You must stay here! I thought the ad was too good to be true because there were no reviews when I booked it as new listing. The unit is exactly as pictured. This is a 2020 gated neighborhood. The townhouse has tons of space (over 1300 sq ft) and feels like home with tile flooring and 10ft ceilings. The screened porch is huge with a 2nd floor golf course view and morning sun until noon. Quiet location. Everything is within 10 min drive to Rt 27. The price was reasonable Host offers a lower rate for a longer stay…. 12 nights was so cheap…, and the host was very responsive. The beds are memory foam, so comfy, and the sheets and comforters are light and fresh. We brought a blanket to sit on the couch with. We thought floors hadn’t been swept, but that took me 5 minutes. The hard floors are beautiful! Bedroom carpet is clean but a bit worn in traffic areas. Location takes 45-60 minutes to drive 19 miles to Universal Studios due to I-4 traffic. But it’s so worth it!! This unit sleeps up to 10 people. We love the leather sofa and television is huge. TVs in all bedrooms too. Previous guest turned the temperature down on the refrigerator and the freezer, so it took six days for it to recover. The pots and pans are cheap, but functional. We brought a mini air fryer, lots of baggies and chip clips for convenience. No keurig here, but the coffee pot works well. There are only a few bath towels, one kitchen towel and one dishcloth. Owner very responsive and understanding. Five stars!!!

We recently stayed at this property and overall had an okay experience. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which we appreciated. The house is beautiful but it could use a better maintenance company or in a very short time, from being a "brand new town home", it will become a place in need of updating.There were a few details that require improvement , but we could live with (example: damaged drawer in the kitchen, almost non-existent vertical blind in the MB, mold growth in the caulk lines in the shower, etc). However, the deal breaker was the refrigerator. It barely kept the stuff cool, but the freezer didn't work at all. There was no ice and our ice cream melted and we had to throw it away. The host response to our concern felt dismissive and even though he stated that he will send a repair man, it never happened and there was no follow up. It was really a shame because we could’ve enjoy our stay way more.Suggestion: Reassess the current cleaning/maintenance service. It could make big difference.

The host was very nice. The amenities were good, nice townhome, however, there were a couple of things I think could be better. For instance, in the bathrooms there were no bathmats so one had to get out with wet feet and be careful not to fall; in the master bedroom the blinds had three missing ones and with the bed facing the screen door, the sunlight shines in your face.
