Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please check out by 10 am. If your host doesn’t approve a late check-out, you’ll be charged $50 for every 30 minutes you’re late. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Please check that sliding doors and the sunroom door are locked and the key is returned to the lock box; a $100 fee applies for missing key.

Please leave any used towels in the bathtub. Please put only clear bags in the grey bin by garage, including bathroom waste. Excessive garbage is subject to additional disposal fees.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
