This townhouse is in a super-convenient spot — just across the road from McKibbin’s at Royalburn, Fresh Choice supermarket, Pedro’s House of Lamb, and a local laundromat. Queenstown’s cafés, shops, and waterfront are an easy stroll away, and the Queenstown Hill walking track starts nearby. The location is peaceful yet central, perfect for enjoying everything on foot without needing a car.
You’ll have one dedicated car park underneath the property for easy access. From here, most of Queenstown’s highlights are within walking distance:
8 min walk to CBD
12 min walk to Fergburger
14 min walk to the lakefront
15 min walk to the start of Queenstown Hill Track
The property is on the Arthur’s Point side of town — ideal for avoiding Frankton Road traffic and getting a quick start up to Coronet Peak.
Our home suits couples, families, and small groups — not parties. Please keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbours.
A security camera is located at the front entrance for safety (no cameras inside).
Stairs connect the two levels, so the home may not suit all mobility needs.
Starter supplies (toiletries, coffee, tea, condiments) are provided; guests may need to top up for longer stays.
