The Space:
Experience comfort in our delightful property, designed to provide a truly lovely stay. This beautiful home boasts two inviting bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom, ensuring everyone has ample space and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures, while the living area features a 50-inch 4K TV with internet connectivity for endless entertainment.

You will absolutely love watching the fantastic colours change throughout the day over the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu as the sun rises and sets.

Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed fiber internet access, and enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. Revel in the plush comfort of high-quality bed linens and towels, and maintain the ideal temperature year-round with efficient heating and air conditioning. Every detail in this charming home has been meticulously curated to offer a delightful and memorable experience.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: King Size Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds that can be made into a Super King Size Bed (You must let us know at least three days before your arrival if you would like the king size bed)
*If you decide that you want the two single beds zipped together AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 for our cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants.

The closest bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Other Things to Note:
Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties.

A maximum of 4 guests allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
