Clean, comfortable, spacious. Easy to find, close to the highway, good neighborhood. Could have used extra blankets, pillows. We needed a strainer for draining our pasta so I went out and bought one, left it for the next person. Also, salt & pepperI'd stay again & recommend it.
Pros: Very clean and fair priced rental. Lots of beds. Good communicationCons: very minimal kitchen equipment (no wine glasses, no medium or large drinking glasses, no colander, no tupperware. Television very confusing (recommend providing detailed instructions for guests) air conditioning locked to guests and finally garage not accessible which is unfortunate for groups whom may have bicycles , golf clubs etc.

The house is a great size and layout for our group size. The ping pong table, and darts were a fun addition. Overall the amenities provided were a bit lacking, the towels were clean but old, there was very few dishes, and kitchen supplies. There were no large bowls, napkins, large garbage bags
