Beautiful house in a peaceful and wooded setting

We recently stayed at the beautiful Hillbilly Lodge in Wabeno, Wisconsin and absolutely loved it. The house was amazing — beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly cozy. You can tell a lot of care went into every detail. The location was perfect too, tucked near the forest with such peaceful surroundings and gorgeous scenery. It was the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy nature. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet Northwoods escape!

The place is very clean and stocked with anything you may need. The host is very accommodating and friendly. The cabin itself i one of the most inviting places Ive rented. The snowmobile trail access is just down the road. You can see it from the end of the driveway. Rented for a yearly guys snowmobiling get-away and everyone there said they would rent this place again.

The lodge exceeded our expectations. A super clean home tastefully decorated as a northern lodge. The furnishings are high quality and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen is provided. There are plenty of towels in the bathrooms. And all the beds are comfortable. Larry is very kind and responded fast to all my questions. We plan to return for another visit.

Amazing getaway stay and a great host

We just concluded the most amazing, restorative break at Larry's beautiful home. The moment we walked in, we could feel the incredible love and thought that went into designing and building this space—it truly has everything you could need and more. It was the perfect escape from a crazy work week. The home is immaculate, wonderfully equipped, and simply a joy to spend time in. The surrounding area was absolutely stunning, and we were lucky enough to catch the beautiful fall colors right outside.Larry, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We treated it with care because it's clear how much care you put into it. We can't recommend this property highly enough and hope to return again soon!
