There is also a state of the art-24 hour gym facility, 8 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, 2 bocce courts, fitness classes, full service spa, and several satellite pools throughout the community. The Grand Club House is currently under construction, to offer more dining options. Lakewood National is a gated community with 24 hour security.
5528 Palmer Circle #103 is a ground floor, 1 level "Veranda" unit, with approximately 1350 square feet of tastefully furnished living space. There are 2 bedrooms + a den with a pull-out couch, 2 full bathrooms, large family room, dining area, breakfast area, and fully equipped kitchen.
This home is optimally located, with a very short walk to the main pool, tiki bar, tennis and pickle ball area.
Enjoy a beverage in the large screened front lanai or sip a coffee while watching the sunrise in the rear screened lanai looking out on the 9th fairway. There is parking for 2 vehicles (driveway + garage) with plenty of additional guest parking.
