★This is a 2 Bedroom apartment; 2 bedrooms have queen size bed and Australia Made quality mattress.

★ The Living rooms has a quality sofa bed (There`s a $35 flat fee for the sofa bed. Please let us know if you would need to use the sofa bed, as we would need to make the bed and provide extra linens)

★The bathroom is ensuite in the main bedroom.

★Bedroom 2 does not have a door, but has a curtain for privacy.

In the case you fail to do so, the heat/steam might trigger the fire/smoke alarm, charge from FRV(Fire Rescue Victoria) could be anywhere between $3,000-6,000, in which the total amount will be on charged to the responsible.

- Please DO NOT remove, rearrange, or replace any FURNITURES, HOMEWARES, or ITEMS in the property or public area in the building. Labour fees and damages will be charged to the responsible.
