The place was beautiful and very clean. The pool is large and heated. My kids and I love it. The problem was that for the first 3 days of our stay we had no air conditioning. We checked in Saturday afternoon and everything was fine. All the doors were open and a nice breeze was coming in. We noticed Saturday evening that the AC wasn’t coming on and thought maybe it was on a timer or something. We called on Sunday morning because it was clear there was a serious AC issue with the house reaching 82 degrees. The employee that answered acted annoyed. They said they would send someone out to fix it so we left for the day. We came back and it was still very hot. We called back when we got back to the house and we were told they’d send someone back. The repair guy called us at 9:30pm saying he’d need to run to Fort Myers and then get his truck then would be there around 10:30 or 11. I told him that was too late and that they could come back the next morning. We slept again with the doors open and all the fans on. We changed our entire itinerary to be gone on Monday so that they could access the house and fix the AC. We came back Monday evening after being out all day and the house was STILL hot. We called back and finally Monday evening a very nice gentleman that owned an HVAC company showed up and actually fixed what was wrong. He was polite and explained the problem and his fix. After he left the AC worked fine once he left. That was a lot of money for us and we expected AC
