Parque Verde Family Home

Imagine a house with all the refinement and fully equipped amenities, offering the comfort and practicality that you and your family deserve. We're talking about Casa Familiar Parque Verde, because the house has everything you need and much more. Cosy and fully equipped rooms with TV, air conditioning, and fans, all close to the city centre, yet in an area full of nature. A wonderful place. My favourite place is bedroom 1 with a giant king-size bed and a privileged view. Furthermore, the house is close to the best waterfalls in the city. Because it's a very peaceful place with bike paths and pedestrian walkways, walking and running are very common. The solid wood table with 10 seats is ideal for coffee, conversation, and even a game of dominoes or cards together. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites and 2 are regular bedrooms, plus a bathroom and a powder room. The rooms are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, pillows with pillowcases, fitted sheets, flat sheets, and a blanket for each bed. Outside, there's a barbecue area with a wood-burning stove and clay pots available. There's also a beautiful swimming pool with a cosy veranda. Plus, a garage for 5 cars is next to the house.
