Villa on 1300 M2 land between Palmyre and Saint Palais
Independent villa located in a quiet area (end of the driveway) 6 km from the sea (large odds) between Saint-Palais and La Palmyre. Take advantage of the large enclosed garden (1300 m2) at the edge of the forest (access by a door), its terrace and its courtyard.
The completely renovated house has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen; an air-conditioned living room, 2 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.
The terrace includes a table and many chairs, and a summer kitchen (gas stove, plancha, fryer etc ...)
A ping pong table
The house is ideal to accommodate 4 people but can accept up to 6 people (2 beds of 140 + BZ 140)
all comfort
dishwasher, washing machine, high-end televisions, microwave, electric coffee maker with filter and pod, fridge freezer, everything needed for cooking etc.
5 minutes walk from the town center (bakery, tobacco and grocery store, post office) and its market.
parking on the ground with its electric gate.
