Sandy Toes on Sylvia is a wonderful family bach in Whangamata, perfectly located close to town, the beach, and the golf course.
This inviting holiday home offers four bedrooms inside the house – the main bedroom features a super king bed, bedrooms two and three each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a single with a trundler.
The sleepout provides extra space with a king bed, TV, and its own ensuite, plus a ceiling fan to keep you cool in summer.
The bright, comfortable living room has cosy couches and a flatscreen TV, while the heat pump ensures you’ll stay warm in winter and cool in summer – making this the perfect getaway in any season. The dining area features a large table, ideal for sharing holiday meals or enjoying a fun games night.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a large double fridge with plenty of space for all your holiday treats. For convenience, there’s also a washing machine and outdoor washing line.
