SLEEPOUT INCLUDES: 1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Combo Dble/Single Bunk, 1 x Bunk set, Kitchenette, 1 x Fridge, TV, Bathroom accessed externally, undercover chill out area with Ping Pong Table.

Fully Fenced, Carport, 3 x Car Parks, includes direct access to jetty & 3 x Kayaks. (Note: simple plastic trellis type fencing on the river boundary).

Sorry no Wheelchair access.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to tidy the house and do the dishes before you leave.

Well behaved pets considered on application. Please request booking with the details of your dog age/breed etc.
PS: If your pet is happy sleeping on the deck or in the lounge on their pet bed then they will be happy here. No fur babies on the furniture or beds please.

Bring your own Linen ie: Sheets, Pillowcases, Towels, T-towels.
