The Space:
This VRBO listing, known as Sip & Dip, is a 4-bedroom Nashville house built for families and groups who want space to spread out and a rooftop worth coming home to. The hot tub, string lights, and skyline view up top are the reason people book it twice.
Downstairs, the kitchen opens straight into the living room, so the cook stays part of the conversation and everyone can gather on the sofas together instead of splitting into different rooms. That layout works well for multi-family trips or longer work travel where the group needs a real home base. The rooftop is where the trip actually happens.
Grill dinner up there in the afternoon, watch the deck light up at sunset, then soak in the hot tub later with the downtown skyline glowing in the distance. Before a night out, the group can get ready together at the built-in makeup and getting-ready area instead of taking turns at a bathroom mirror.

Very fun stay and close enough to Broadway that you can just uber and save the hassle of parking. The hot tub is nice for those 20 degree nights. Everything else about the home was up to par.
Traveled from Michigan with 10 guests for our little sisters 21st birthday. The house was girly so she loved it. the roof top was great to have and the hot tub was clean and maintained well.Check in and out was seamless. Our host was responsive and detail oriented anytime I reached out..There is decent coffee nearby and a great brewing company right around the corner for the evenings when broadway is too much to undertake. The parking is first come serve but the unit does have a 2 car garage.
