This roomy guest suite (~1,200 sq ft) is peaceful, comfy, and stocked: completely separate suite, private entrance, fully fenced backyard, a full kitchen and BBQ for real cooking, in-suite laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfy living room with a smart TV (live channels + your favorite streaming apps).
Tons of parking, the neighborhood is quiet, and you have parks, the lake, trails, shops, and a quick ride for access into Edmonton.

Bedroom: Queen bed with a good mattress, blackout window coverings, closet + hangers

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels & bedding (not the comforter) → place in the washing machine, add detergent, turn it on
• Trash → empty all bins; place garbage in the brown bin on the other side of the house (on driveway)
Turn things off → lights & appliances (leave the washer running)
• Lock up → press the Yale button on the door lock
• Please exit via the back gate (close behind you)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
